 Return and Exchange Policy At COMMON SENSE JANITORIAL SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT,LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE RECEIVED. Always inspect your product for visible damage before the carrier leaves. Make notations on your delivery receipt if you find any damage to the exterior of the package. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 14 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition inside its original packaging. All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a full refund, which may include credit to the original method of payment. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any applicable restocking fees. A restocking charge may apply to specifically noted products. Fees may apply if not returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense, unless there was a shipping error on our part. All returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Also, credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits. Please contact customer service at customerservice at info@csbsi.com or for further instructions on your return and to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please call us within 30 days and we will send you the correct product, replacement product, or replacement parts at no cost to you. Our customer service hours are Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST. SHIPPING All orders are delivered within the Continental USA on Business* (Mon-Fri) days. Arrival times/dates are estimates and do not include the day orders are placed or shipped. We will do everything possible to expedite your order, however we *cannot and do not guarantee* specific times or dates of arrival. It is crucial that you provide accurate and complete recipient shipping information (physical street address - UPS, FedEx and other carriers cannot deliver to a PO Box) & a correct recipient phone number. Include bldg#, floor, business name, suite#, apt#, etc. We are not responsible for replacing or reshipping packages sent to incorrect or incomplete recipient addresses & recipient phone numbers. You will be charged, and agree to pay, a $10.00 address correction, plus all other shipping and/or return shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete recipient information provided. If the recipient is not at home, carrier at their discretion, may or may not leave the package at recipient's front door.
